I was trying to book through the app, but it got confusing fast and then kept freezing on me. Not sure if it was just the app or something on my end, but it made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be...

They did get back to me eventually, so that was good, but it took longer than I thought it would. Not terrible, just kinda slow slow

"The Great Refund Wait"
I had to cancel my booking, the actual cancellation part wasn’t too painful. But then came the refund wait, which felt a bit like watching the final scene of a movie drag on forever. Support did get back to me, so I wasn’t totally abandoned in the wilderness, but the replies weren’t exactly lightning fast. Overall, it wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth sailing either.

"Took one look and knew this wasn’t worth it"
The kyte car showed up and I pretty much judged it immediately, it looked rough. The inside was gross, with crumbs in the seats, sticky cup holders, and this stale old-food smell coming from the back.
The outside didn’t help either. There were scratches all over, the tires looked low, and the windshield was so dirty I had to clean it myself before I felt okay driving it.
For what I paid, I expected something clean and ready to go. This felt like someone just dropped off a neglected car and called it a rental. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Damage claim was a headache"
I thought the insurance would make things simple, but after I returned the car it felt like they were blaming me for every little scratch or mark. The claim took way too long, support didnt give clear answers, and I ended up paying more than I expected. i wouldnt use kyte again.

I booked with Kyte because I needed a car last minute, and I was surprised they still had decent time slots open. The reservation was straightforward too, which made the whole thing feel less stressful and avoided the back-and-forth checking that usually feels avoidable.
The car arrived during the window I picked and it was actually the one I reserved, so there were no awkward surprises or last-second swaps. Overall it was a smooth, easy experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Delivery Was Late and Pickup Was Literally Worse"
The dropoff showed up late, which was already frustrating, but the pickup was even worse because they literally never came. Really disappointing experience overall.
